Why Alorae

  • At Alorae, we believe wellness should support the way people actually live, work, and connect.

That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness programs. Every organization, team, community, and event has unique needs, goals, and challenges. Our approach begins with understanding the people we're serving so we can create an experience that feels intentional, meaningful, and impactful.

When you inquire, we'll start with a conversation to learn more about your vision, audience, goals, and desired outcomes. From there, we curate a customized wellness experience that aligns with your needs - whether that's a movement class, guided meditation, nervous system regulation workshop, nutrition education, team-building event, wellness retreat, or a combination of offerings.

Our experiences are rooted in evidence-informed wellness practices and designed to help people feel more grounded, energized, connected, and supported. By bringing together movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable wellbeing strategies, we create experiences that meet people where they are and provide practical tools they can carry into their everyday lives.

Because wellness isn't just something you do for an hour, it's something that influences how you show up in every area of life.

  • At Alorae, we value balance over burnout, sustainability over extremes, and wellbeing that feels human, realistic, and supportive.

Our work is rooted in connection, intentional living, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for themselves in meaningful ways.

We know how easy it is to get caught up in the pace of everyday life and lose touch with what helps us feel our best. That's why we believe wellness should be approachable, inclusive, and sustainable, not another thing to perfect. Through experiences that nurture both mind and body, we help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build habits that support lasting wellbeing in everyday life.

  • Alorae was created from firsthand experience with burnout, chronic stress, and the pressure of constantly overperforming in modern work environments.

After experiencing the impact that stress and burnout can have on both physical and mental wellbeing, we realized how deeply people need support that goes beyond surface-level wellness.

We created Alorae to bring a more grounded, sustainable approach to wellbeing into workplaces, communities, and everyday spaces through movement, mindfulness, nervous system support, and intentional wellness experiences.
